Share your comments on the draft Regional Active Transportation Plan by Oct. 20

September 26, 2025

Pima Association of Governments (PAG), the greater Tucson region’s metropolitan planning organization, seeks public input on a draft plan focusing on active transportation modes. The plan is available for your review online at several upcoming events.

The draft Regional Active Transportation Plan (RATP) focuses on human-powered mobility, such as walking, biking, or using a personal mobility device, such as a wheelchair. The draft plan defines a long-term vision, establishes regional priorities, and identifies recommended improvements across the region with a focus on safety, accessibility, connectivity, equity and vehicle emission reductions.

The draft plan recommends improvements and projects that respond to active transportation needs in our region and will help inform future regional transportation planning efforts to create a safe and connected active transportation network.

PAG invites the public to review and provide input on the draft plan through an interactive engagement platform on the project website.

Please provide feedback by Oct. 20.

The public also is invited to join us for these in-person events on the RATP to learn more about the plan.
